Privacy

What is stored

  • For app users: Torn player id, name, faction position, encrypted API key, login times.
  • For faction members: game data from the Torn API (roster, activity status, personal stats, faction reports).
  • Technical logs: API call metadata (no response bodies, no keys) and an audit log of admin actions, including IP address.
  • Personal settings: theme, table filters and columns, and optionally your encrypted FF Scouter key with the time you consented.
  • Personal workspace: tasks, onboarding choices, training preparation, education roadmaps, achievement goals and challenges. Saved workspace data is encrypted in the database. Cash flow is no longer collected. Any cash notes saved earlier stay in that encrypted workspace until you clear it on My day.
  • When you request a check, education and medals are fetched with your own key, briefly cached and saved in your workspace until replaced or cleared. Onboarding, education, achievements and challenges are visible to active faction management. Jump costs, tasks and keys are not.
  • Your battle stats and merits are fetched with your own key. Personal stats shows the totals only to you, cached for ten minutes. Challenges also saves one battle-stat reading per day so a goal can measure the gain. Those readings are not shown on faction pages. Management can see the challenge goal and whether you hit it, not the stat total.

Third parties

If you connect FF Scouter, your FF Scouter key and search filters are sent to ffscouter.com to find leveling targets. Their own terms apply. Nothing else is shared.

Retention

  • API call log: 30 days.
  • Activity status samples: 90 days.
  • Audit log: 365 days.
  • API keys: until removed, the owner leaves the faction or loses access.
  • Workspace plans: until you clear them on My day or request deletion. Removing your key ends access but does not itself delete saved plans. Challenge history is limited to the last 12 entries.

Cookies

Only a session cookie and a CSRF cookie needed to keep you signed in. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts. Theme and table settings are stored on your account, not in cookies.

Deletion requests

Remove your key on the account page, or contact the faction admin in game to delete all data stored about you.
